Submitting

1. Open KYC Verification from the sidebar.
2. Choose the document type you are uploading.
3. Select a clear file — PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5MB.
4. Repeat for each required document.

Getting it accepted first time

• Capture all four corners of the document.
• Use good, even lighting and avoid flash glare.
• Make sure the name matches your account name exactly.
• Check the document has not expired.
• Never crop, redact or edit the image.

Review

Verification is usually reviewed within one to two business days. You will be notified of the outcome. If a document is rejected, the specific reason is shown so you can re-upload just that item.
