Paying
- Open Transactions or the loan itself from My Loans.
- Choose a payment method from those your lender has enabled.
- Follow the instructions shown for that method — they differ per method and are kept up to date by your lender.
- Always include your transaction reference number.
Getting credited quickly
The reference number is what links your payment to your loan. A payment sent without one has to be reconciled manually and can take several extra days.
Upload your receipt where prompted. Every payment appears under Transactions with its own status once processed.
