Two-factor authentication (2FA)

How the one-time code works and what to do if it does not arrive.

How it works

When two-factor authentication is enabled, logging in sends a one-time code to your registered email. Enter it to finish signing in.

Code not arriving

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Codes expire — request a fresh one rather than reusing an old code.
  • Confirm your account email is still correct under My Profile.

Too many attempts

Entering the wrong code repeatedly locks the attempt for security. Wait, then request a new code. Raise a support ticket if you remain locked out.
