Statuses explained

• Pending — received and queued for review. No action needed.
• Under review — an officer is actively assessing it. You may be asked for extra documents.
• Awaiting documents — action needed. Open the application to see exactly what was requested.
• Approved — accepted. Disbursement follows.
• Disbursed — funds released. Your repayment schedule begins.
• Rejected — declined. The reason is shown on the application, and you may reapply once it is resolved.
• Completed — fully repaid. Nothing further owed.

Your lender may rename or add statuses, so the exact wording can vary. The colour of the badge always follows the same logic: amber means waiting, green means good, red means blocked.
