PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC and DOCX. Maximum size is 5MB per file.

Uploading

1. Open Documents from the sidebar.
2. Choose the document type.
3. Select your file and confirm.

Quality checklist

• All corners visible, nothing cropped.
• Text sharp enough to read without zooming.
• No glare across the important fields.
• Colour scans preferred over black and white.
• One document per file — do not combine unrelated pages.

File too large?

Photograph rather than scan, or reduce your camera's resolution. Most phone photos taken at a lower quality setting fall well under 5MB and remain perfectly legible.
