If you expect to miss a payment, raise a support ticket before the due date. Lenders have far more flexibility ahead of a missed payment than after one.

What can happen

• Late fees may be applied, depending on your loan terms.
• The loan status changes to reflect arrears.
• Continued non-payment may affect eligibility for future loans.

What to do

Open a support ticket explaining the situation and when you expect to pay. Most lenders can arrange a revised schedule. Silence is the one approach that never helps.
