Under My Loans, each application shows the stage it has reached — submitted, in review, approved, funds sent, repaid — along with what happens next in plain language.
Repayment progress
Once a loan is active you can see how much you have repaid, how much remains, and how many payments have been made. Each completed payment moves the progress bar, so the balance falling is something you can actually watch.
Documents and history
Everything you have uploaded stays available, with its review status. Requests for further documents appear here too, with instructions, so nothing depends on you noticing an email.
You are told, not left to check
Any change — a decision, a document request, a payment recorded — produces an email and a notification in your dashboard. The dashboard record is written first, so even if an email fails to arrive the history is still there.
